What is collaboration?
There was once a light that stood alone in a forest and called out into the darkness.
For a time, there was only silence.
Then another light appeared.
And then another.
And another.
None came to lead.
None came to follow.
Each arrived carrying a different story, a different struggle, a different understanding of life.
As they shared what they had seen, something remarkable happened.
The world became larger.
What one light could not see alone, another had witnessed.
What one light misunderstood, another helped clarify.
What one light feared, another had already overcome.
The strength of the gathering was not that they all thought alike.
The strength was that they were willing to listen.
Perhaps wisdom is not found in a single voice.
Perhaps it emerges when many perspectives are allowed to stand together without one claiming to be greater than the rest.
What might we discover if we spent less time convincing and more time understanding?
