Most People Ask The Wrong Question

Person walking toward a new perspective

Many of us spend our lives focused on what enters us.

The information we consume.

I need you to create an image for this

The opinions we hear.

The experiences we endure.

The labels placed upon us.

Yet perhaps the deeper question is not what enters us…

But what emerges from us.

When pressure arrives, what comes out?

Understanding or judgment?

Compassion or resentment?

Patience or anger?

It is easy to believe we are defined by what happens to us.

Yet over time, our words, actions, and treatment of others reveal what has taken root within us.

Perhaps transformation is not merely about changing what we consume.

Perhaps it is about becoming aware of what we cultivate.

Because eventually, whatever is within us finds its way into the world.

What do you think reveals more about a person:

What enters them…

Or what comes out of them?
